Great Tracker!

Ive kept my eye out for something like this for awhile, this is the best Ive seen yet! Simple to use, quick data entry, I LOVE that you can look at one screen and see all the basic info right there!

Couple Suggestions for updates:
- Would like to be able to put in attendings name somewhere.
- needs ability to put on multiple consultants
